WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION ARE COLLECTED AT IMPULSE A/S?
You can visit impulse.dk without passing on your personal data. When you click on impulse.dk you get an ID for your session. This cannot be used to identify you as a person. If you want to shop or interact with us, we need a number of personal information. We need some information to be able to complete an order and to comply with the requirements of the law. If you want to contact us by email or via our chat, we require some other personal data to process your inquiry.
The information below can be collected and processed when shopping at www.impulse.dk
Log-in, contact person, company name, CVR number, E-mail, first and last name, addresses, delivery addresses, telephone number, information for the freight forwarder. We also collect a number of technical data, such as: IP addresses, behavior and actions at the page, visited URLs, actions such as clicks, time on each page, geographical data and data that may be necessary to complete an order.
Personal data related to purchases on impulse.dk is stored partly in our webshop's CMS system, but also in our ERP system.
WHO DO WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA TO?
Personal data submitted on impulse.dk may be passed on to internal departments trusted third parties necessary for the fulfillment of agreements on delivery, payment and servicing, including debt collection and judicial bodies as well as business partners who help optimize and maintain Impulse.dk. This, to give customers the best experience when they shop at impulse.dk.
No personal information is stored in the cookie, only an identification of the computer. The cookie does not identify you as a person, only the computer. The cookie is used to collect digital information about the visit to the website. LeadScoreApp uses this information to personalize and target messages on the website, the Internet, newsletters and personal contact with the company.
If you are registered for our newsletter some of your personal data will also be collected and stored in our Mailchimp account. Mailchimp stores data in relation to the E-mails sent out, such as behavior, purchases and opening rates, but also the Personal Data that you as a customer have registered when you chose to receive our newsletter. This data will be deleted after 24 months. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter by using the unsubscribe link at this page or by clicking on 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of each newsletter. Impulse A/S has entered Data Processor agreements with all the above-mentioned business partners. This is done in accordance to the applicable law.
